Shipping Information
We will ship to the United States and Canada.
For pattern only purchases: you will have the option of a flat rate charge or a weight basis charge. Choose the shipping charge according to the quantity of patterns you are purchasing.
For heavier items, you might want to choose "flat rate".
We can fit about 5-6 yards of cotton fabric in a flat rate envelope to the United States.
The flat rate box holds about 20 yards of cotton fabric.
**We can only fit about 3 yards of flannel in a flatrate envelope**
For lighter weight items,other than patterns, you may:
1. Choose the flat rate shipping option.

2. We can email or call you with exact shipping charges on the weight based items before you order, if you would prefer,so please remember to provide us with contact information.

3. you may choose the ship by weight option. If you elect to pay for your purchase immediately , I will send you a invoice for the shipping cost separately through paypal.Your order will be shipped immediately upon receipt of shipping costs.

Flat rate envelope to the U.S.
$4.75 * 4 FQ's are equal to 1 yard so please account for this when figuring which shipping method you choose.I can also only fit 1 kit into a flatrate envelope so if you order more than JUST one kit please use the flatrate box option.
*If I can't fit it into the envelope , I will not be able to use the flatrate option and will email you with the shipping cost for either Priority ,Flatrate box or First class mail, whichever you would prefer.

RETURNS
Our customers are very important to us.We want you to be completely happy with your order.
We ship orders Monday through Friday,except for Holidays.
We will make every effort to ship your order within 2 business days and double check each order for accuracy.
If we have made a mistake we will be more than happy to correct it. We just ask that you please email or call us if you have any problems with your order. If the error was ours,or the merchandise is defective,we will pay for the return shipping. We are more than happy to issue a refund or a store credit,whichever you prefer.You must however, contact us before we accept any returns. Due to copyright laws, patterns and books may not be returned.
No refunds on cut fabric less than 2 yards.
All sales are final after 30 days. If you decide you need to return an item, any return shipping will be paid by the customer. Merchandise must be returned in resellable condition.
